Refund Policy

As per the federal regulations that we follow, we are not allowed to accept any returns of the medicine that were shipped correctly from our end. In case, the buyer received any damaged order, the issue can be brought to our notice through an email or get in touch with the customer support team for processing the refund.

We request the buyers to wait to allow 21 business days for the order to reach them and if the delivery is not made within these days, the buyers can send the order details and then, we shall process with the refund.

Kindly note that our team should be immediately notified in case of delivery of the wrong order for timely processing of the refund.
